OEM Downgrade media kit

Hi there, 

Recently bought two PE R740XD with OEM WS2016 STD and SQL Server 2016 STD including 5 USER CALs.

Sadly I didnt receive my downgrade media kit. Is possible to buy one or Dell can send me the downgrade keys?

I need WS2012 R2 and SQL Server 2014...
