OMSA 7.4 on PET300, 2008 R2 64 Loses Network Access
When I was running SBS 2003 32 bit, I had OMSA 6.4 to help manage my PERC 6/i & RAID-5 Array.
On the same hardware, now running Win Server 2008 R2 (64-bit), I've tried installing various recommended OMSA versions and each time I install, my network access goes away. I don't understand why.
My needs are really modest. I don't need/want remote access. I have no other servers to manage. I just want to be able to manage my own single server's PERC 6/i & Drives.
I'm really lost in the maze of "documentation".
Can anyone please point the way here?

This one was resolved by adding the SNMP Feature to the server.
There are still problems with PROXY though. I've never before needed any PROXY until installing OMSA and I really shouldn't need one now since LOCALHOST is the only target of my OMSA control panel.
