PE 2650 Rebooting

Good Morning Everyone.

I need some help, please...  i have a PE 2650 that runs my file share system (microsoft DFS).  It keeps rebooting, and the only error in the Event Log File is that cda1000.sys failed to load.  I dont believe this is causing the reboots.  Everytime it reboots, I have to Hit F1 to continue, and the error is "Embedded Server Management Error."  I have updated the Firmware on the Remote Access Controller, RAID Controller, HBA Cards, and the server continues to reboot.

Any Help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
