Hi,
Are the BIOS, lifecycle controller and OS driver pack up to date?
BIOS: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=D3D3V
Lifecycle controller: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=F7XJ1&fileId=3364056172&osCode=W12R2&productCode=poweredge-t310&languageCode=EN&categoryId=SV
OS driver pack: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=PPV53&fileId=3406533919&osCode=W12R2&productCode=poweredge-t310&languageCode=EN&categoryId=DD
You can also install straight from the OS media.

Does it see the drives? Is it a new raid array? Try installing from the SBUU http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=YH0GX&fileId=3406550491&osCode=W12R2&productCode=poweredge-t310&languageCode=EN&categoryId=SZ
