PE6450 + Windows 2003

Hi everybody:

I'm going crazy trying to install Windows 2003/Windows 2003 R2 standard edition on an old PE6450 (3x73GB HD, 3GB RAM).. As is an old equipment I have cleaned it. (removed a lot of dust/contaminants)..My problem is when the system boot of the CD of windows 2003 the screen gets blank and after 30 min theres is no more than a dark blank screen. If I put a Windows 2000 CD it boot and show the std blue/white screen of installation.

As you can figure out I have changed the media and the history repeats again...

So can be windows 2003 be installed on and old PE6450...????Any tip/idea how to acomplish this task.

PD: I have attached disk to a Adaptec 3200S RAID Controller which makes sense to this system since it dosen't came with a PERC; but to find out what the problem is; I have switched the plannar cable from the RAID controller to Adaptec IC controller and the story repeats again. Windows 2003 --> blank screen when boot from CD.

Windows 2000 --> Everything works fine whe boot from CD.
