PowerEdge T110 Installing Windows 7 and sound card/video card

Hi guys i managed to installed windows 7 after changing the drive setting in system bios from RAID to AHCI but there are still some things i don't quite understand. I just installed windows 7 64 bit i installed chipset drivers along with video drivers for this pc from the dell support website. I just now realize this thing doesn't have any sound card. I don't know if the video card can handle basic youtube or not. Any suggestions on the sounds card and/or video card. Also what is this BMC configuration utility and can i stop it from showing up on start up. Last thing i would like to know is what should my bios settings should look like for the fastest boot and no issues with the system. Currently the system is set to BIOS mode and has only one of the two 250 GB HDD i would like to put the other one back in as long as it recognizes the hdd but i was not doing it for some reason... Any help would be greatly appreciated especially with the BMC and sound card/ graphic card. This pc will be for my mother just for basic browsing and you tube i just want that extra HDD in there so i can stream movies on my network. I also would like to upgrade my RAM without having any issues. Do i need to get RAM with same Mhz as the other two. I am looking to upgrade the ram to atleast 4 GB total from 2 GB or even 6 GB if possible...i will post a picture of the current config thank you

For those that came here looking for a solution to this problem, the Dell Poweredge T110ii cannot support a video card that requires more than 25 watts.
