Poweredge 2970 installing win2003server standard R2
Hi people,
I need to install the S.O on this poweredge 2970. I following the quick installation guide, and the first step is insert the DELL systems management tools and documentation, and select the DELL system build and update Utility home. Then I fill the diferents options requested, and the last step is to insert the disk of the S.O(in this case is win2003 server standard R2), when copy the disks to the HDD I have the message that the disk is unread or damaged.
What can i do? What option can do it?

I don´t load the drivers from the USB, and during the installation, I get the blue screen error of windows. How have to make the installation of server 2003?

Hi boot from dvd drive, and install from windows 2003 server. I push F6, for to load the drivers from usb drive, but not detected any device when I push "S", the installation continues but when is in the phase "System is starting windows" I got a blue screen error typical by Windows. What can i do??

Use the service and diags cd in a desktop, select your server and OS. This takes you to he drivers section. Grab the drivers to your PC. google for nlite and use this with your 2003 media to add the drivers and create a slipstream iso. Burn to cd and install from that.
