SBS 2003 on a Quad Processor Setup

We just acquired a PE 6450 with quad PIII 700 Xeon Processors.  It has no O.S. and we want to use SBS 2003 Premium Edition.  I have heard that there are issues with this O.S.  when running 4 processors.  Is there any truth to this or do we need to look at a different O.S.?

Probably a bit late and you have already gotten an answer but SBS 2003 in either edition only supports up to 2 processors.

My guess is that you found out that SBS can not handle any more than 2 processors , the limioted AD usage of 75 users does not require  more than two processors.  Microsoft really locked this OS down for Small Business as the name indicates and most samll businesses doen't need a quad processor machine.

My suggestion would be to sell that box or trade it in for something less powerful or install Server 2003.
