What DELL services can I stop for bastion host?

I am building a secure bastion host. I have been following the guide in 'Securing WIndows NT/2000 Server for the Internet' by O'Reilly. I have left all the Dell services intact (I THINK!) but would like to turn off what isn't needed for the health of the server.

Items I want to turn off are:
SNMP, Remote Access Controller (Already disabled NIC in BIOS)and anything other service not needed to keep the server running.

I am assuming I need to leave ArrayManager on.

I have apparently broken OpenManage, as I just get the:
https://localhost:1311/ in the address bar, but no more openmanager.

It would be nice to know what to re-enable, so I can turn them on from time to time, if I need to check on things, and then what to turn off.

Is their a list somewhere that specifies what I can turn off, and what the consequence is of disabling the various dell services?
(Like the one at: www.blackviper.com/WIN2K/servicecfg.htm)

Thanks!
