Thanks for the reply, but the problem is that I can see the "ignore and continue" check box, only, it doesn't allow me to check it and I cannot proceed.

If you can post the exact CPU type and whether you are using Standard or Premium, that would help us narrow down the problem.  Also, are you installing right from the MS CD, or are you using the Dell ISM disk?
