mandrake 9.0 on 1600sc
i am trying to install mandrake 9.0 on my 1600sc and when it gets to the part about what disk to install to, none of my scsi drives are avaliable. please know i know VERY LITTLE about linux. is there a seperate linux scsi drive i need to load before the installation? thanks

I have been real pleased with the features of RedHat 8.0 and will probably resort to using the Xwindows for more than a play area (I use the text screen almost exclusively in past releases).. Another thing to think about is that Redhat and Mandrake are planning to have new releases of Linux released within the next month. I believe I'll stick with RedHat this time..

I haven't been able to get hyperthreading working thought.
I know this is way too late for this thread but I thought this might help others.
I will be updatiing to 9.2 this week.
