win2k8 hyper-v virtual network with PE R200 problem

For some reason, the virtual network doesn't work on the Broadcom Netxtream nic.

The host vm doesn't see the host virtual network.

I am using the lateset driver version (but couldn't find any firmware that actually works..)

I am using w2k8 x64 with sp2 on the host server. w2k3 x64 sp2 on the vm server.

I Tried everything.....plz help
