Hi,

i refer you to the PowerEdge T710 - User Guide, starting at page 25 you will find all the error codes for this system and the recommended steps.

E1216 3.3V Regulator failure. Reseat PCIe cards. 3.3V voltage regulator has failed. Remove and reseat the PCIe expansion cards. If the problem persists, see "Troubleshooting Expansion Cards" on page 178.
E1229 CPU # VCORE Regulator failure. Reseat CPU. Specified processor VCORE voltage regulator has failed. Reseat the processor(s). See "Troubleshooting the Processors" on page 179.
E122E On-board regulator failed. Call support. One of the on-board voltage regulators failed. Remove AC power to the system for 10 seconds and restart the system.

I think, first of all the power-drain should be done, maybe this solves the issue. If not there are a couple of steps that could be done, like described in the guide.

If it won't work the most likely part is the mainboard, but I recommend, to buy a support ticket and with this call in the hotline and do some more troubleshooting. But please always be aware, that every part that needs to be replaced must be paid by your company. We are not reliable for issues in the electricity within your environment.

Are you interested in further troubleshooting?

Regards,
Stefan

Hey,

I had to delete the information as you posted it public. But I have a copy of it here ;)

Martin, if you want to save some money, I recommend you the following steps:

1st: update the system with the latest versions of firmware and so on

2nd: do a power drain (release all electricity from the system)

if this all doesn't help you need a new motherboard.

Hope that helps (was for free ;) )

Best regards,
Stefan
