PowerMax shutdown Simplified SymmWin Shutdown script
Please advise if the script identified a "Simplified SymmWin Shutdown" in the "Dell EMC PowerMax Power-down/Power-up Procedures" REVISION 1.0 September 2019 can be initiated remotely.
I read that on the VMAX this was the case via ESRS. I have not found reference to the same on PowerMax

Hello debsodexo,
It is best to be onsite when shutting the system down so that you can ensure that all powers down correctly. You can run the script remotely but that should only be done as a last resort, as again it is best to be onsite for all power downs and power up.
