Change single host mapping to group mapping on MD3200I
I have a single vmware server connected to an MD3200i with a host mapping to the virtual disk. I have purchased a second vmware host and I would like to allow it to access the same disk for vmotion, etc. How can I change the mapping to group mapping? Can I do that live with all my virtual machines running?

Here's a link that will walk you through how to setup the host mappings for multi host access. http://bit.ly/16LrhgD (Starting on page 56) I've been told it's not necessary to put them in maintenance mode.
You'll need to go through the same process as before, with a minor change: Add/Create a host via the IQN's, then Associate it to the group the other host is in, THEN you can rescan the HBA's on the newly added host in your esx GUI, and you should be set. Then it's a matter of assuring that host can see the Storage (datastore)
