Converting powervault 725m to use IDE RAID

Is it possiable to get and install a IDE Raid controller in one of the PCI slots on my powervault 725n then use the four hard drives fitted in RAID 5 format.

Can Dell supply this type of Card or would a third party need to be involved?

When I disconnect the current IDE controller how will this affect it?

I have installed netware 6.5 on my poweredge and all runs fine apart from the software raid so I would like to more to a hardware raid.
