How do you make the backup software switch tapes in tape library

Hello, we just recently purchased a powervault 132T. We are using arcserve 11.1. My question is:

 

We are running a 1 week cycle of full backups. I want the tape library to backup to one tape and then when the cycle starts over I want it to write to the next tape in the library. How do I do this? This way if I am on holidays for three weeks for example the backups are being done and are on separate tapes. I don't want to have the tapes fill up and then write to the next tape because then I have to archive more than one tape.

 

I also tried to setup the RMU but I am unable to connect. I setup the IP address like it says in the manual but I cannot connect. Anyone have any ideas....that would be greatly appreciated.
