MD1000 Cluster

Does the MD1000 and the PREC 5/E have a cluser mode, allowing two servers to see the same volumes for a MSCS configuration?

The MD1000 (for now) does not support clustering. Check back in the future. You can have two servers access the MD in split mode though.

NOTE: Clustering is not supported in the MD1000 host-based RAID solution.

This note is found at the top of page 20.

Also the PERC 5/E controller used with the MD1000 does not have any cluster settings available on it. Here is the link to the PERc 5/E manual
