MD1000 with different disk sizes

Hi,

I have trouble with the MD1000 connected to Poweredge 2950, running OS W2003 32 bit standard. The Powervault was bought with 4 250GB SATA drives that were configured in RAID5 array. Now we added another 4 SATA drives, each 1TB. I have a problem that even when set up two RAID5 array's via the PERC bios, the enclosure still keeps blinking orange. I checked the Openmanage and is a bit confusing for me, since one of the newly added 1TB drives appears in the list of physical disks where the old 4 SATA drives - 250GB each - are connected. Don't have a clue why is it like this. Can anyone help me with setup of two RAID 5 arrays correctly?
