MD3000i - error with drive when status is optimal / non-preferred path
Hey,
i have a problem with md3000i in my customer.
After replacing battery in controller B amber LED in enclosure is blinking, maybe is coincidence maybe not. please notice that i replaced already disk in slot 8 but nothing changed.
I tried change volume AE4 owner controller to preferred but it still switches to another controller (such as on the pictures).
Recovery guru still shows:

Hello dewrew,
Can I get you to create a support bundle so that I can see why you are getting that error on your MD3000i. I will send you a private message & if you can reply back to that with the logs that will be great.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello dewrew,
Yes the support bundle is free. The support bundle is when you go to the support tab of MDSM and you select the option to gather support logs the default name that it gives the file is support bundle.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello,
i uploaded files as you wished.
i discovered lately that there is problem with redudancy channel one of disks (probably slot 8 i don't remember exactly). I saw also that in controller B Cache Active LED is off (in controller A the same LED is on)
Thanks.
