MDI3000 powervault disk array

I am unable to access the controller 0 management port for ip addresses, can any body tell me solution to this problem, i am using MD3000i configuration utility software,

Hello, QamarHussain.

I would begin troubleshooting that just like any other network issue. First try to make it ping. Once it pings, try the software again. This could be anywhere between the array, and the host you're using. I would first try to ping the port from the host. If you cannot, then troubleshoot your network between.

The Default IP's for the management ports are: 192.168.128.101/102.

Verify your cabling is as close to this as you can get it. Beyond that, be sure you're running the software as administrator.

Dear thanks for your useful information, I am unable to ping the controller 0 through ip 192.168.128.101. Kindly guide me further what to be done

Dear now we have accessed the controller 0, but there is a still problem that the main LED of the array is blinking yellow instead of blue!!!!kindly tell me remedy to this problem.
