Performance Issues Dell PowerVault3200i

Greetings..

Summary : ISCSI Connection terminations error followed by Host Topology Initiator Registration Failed on ISCSI Initiator

Project Architecture : SAN 3200i, with two physical redundant server Dell Power Edge R620 (OS : Windows Server2008R2 with SP1), 4 Virtual Machine based on Hyper V(2 On each host, one if for Sql and another one is for UI, Operating System : Windows Server 2008R2 without SP1)

Here I am getting errors on the event logs, which i guess is causing performance issues over san, we recently just configured the san, 

Kindly Provide your valuable inputs.
