Hello BOUTAKROUTMRH,
Thanks for the log from your TL2000 as it helps look into your issue. What you can do is to reset your TL2000 back to factory settings and see if that fixes your barcode issue. If it doesn’t then you will need to replace the chassis as the barcode reader is part of a chassis replacement.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello BOUTAKROUTMRH,
Can I get you to pull a drive dump log from your tape drive? Here is a link that has how you can get the log.
<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>
Also, can I get you to provide me with the service dump log from your TL2000? Here is the link to get that log as well. https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/sln249113/tl2000-tl4000-how-to-collect-the-tape-library-and-drive-diagnostic-logs-dumpall-for-troubleshooting?lang=en
I will send you a private message so that you can send me the logs.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello,
thank you for your reply,
I do a reboot of library and the problem is solved,
if the problem appears again, I think the only solution is to replace the chassis :)
thank you so much
