PowerVault TL2000 - Error 0xe0008113 Physical Volume Library Robot not found
Hello everyone, I have attached some screenshots on an error that we are getting... wondering if you can help us.
we are getting error message 0xe0008113 Physical Volume Library Robot not found. do you have any leads or ideas on how to fix this? could this be a hardware issue?

looks like the tape library has gone offline, your better off getting the error logs from the library

Hello GLN_Mike,
Do you have any errors on your TL2000? What is the current drivers and firmware that you are using? Have you made any updates to your host recently? Based on your screen shots it is hard to detriment your error is hardware or software.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Sam,
here is the firmware information. According to network Admin., he said he didn't do any updates and it's been acting this way for a while. This is not a good situation. Any help would be appreciated.
