Powervault 110T LTO-2 Driver Issues?

I just added a powervault 110T LTO-2 tape drive to our server (Poweredge 1800, W2k3, Yosemite Backup 8.10sp3) after getting it installed (Windows sees the drive as a Tandberg TS400)  and updating the driver with the latest available from Dell (downloaded from the website Version A03 and installed from a specific location) Im prompted to reboot.  After rebooting the drive shows up in the dvice manager but is erroring (not accessible).

When I let windows search for and update the driver it installed a Tandberg driver (1.7.0.0).  If I have it search in the location of the Dell driver it still comes up with the Tandberg as the best match.

The Drive tests ok (havent run any backup jobs yet) so I guess my question is: Does this pose any issues?  It seems slightly unusual but everything appears  to be running....

I do realize that Tandberg manufactures drives for Dell.

Thanks!

Shouldn't need to load a seperate device driver in order to use Yosemite. The backaup app uses a pass through driver provided by the app.

Here is a KB article on the topic..

Hope this helps...
