Re: PowerVault MD3800i Administrator Password Reset

Hello there, I am currently stuck at the same screen. I instead held the shift key down and the hit thelettre "s" and it brings me down to the next line with a solid green box. it remains there for over five minutes and nothing happens. I restart and try again on the other controller, but to no avail. anyone get passed this and tried something different? if yes, can screen shots be provided. thank you.

Hi @XenoSith,

If I recall, it should be Ctrl+S instead of Shift key. What are your console parameters? What is the console application that you have used? Have you tried other console application? Have you tried reseating the controller?
