Reset Administrative Password or Factory Reset on PowerVault 128T

Hello,

 

I want to reset the administrative password.  We currently bought a Dell PowerVault 128T tape drive and has a administrative password set to it.  Does anyone know the default password or how to reset the administrative password or do a factory reset on the tape drive.  I cannot get into administrative option to change the password because it asks for a password which no one knows...

 

Any ideas on how to reset the password.
