Status Amber Light on Dell PowerVault 110T
Hello.
Status amber light blinking and is not possible execute the cleaning process. When you insert the cleaner cartridge drive ejects without execute the cleaning process. Tried with other cleaner cartridge and happens the same. This drive stayed for some years without work.
Any sugestion?

Hello Gioal13,
Which LTO PV110T do you have? In most cases when a media will not stay in the drive more than a few seconds there is an internal drive issue. What you can try to do is hold the eject button in for about 30 seconds and get the drive should reboot. After the tape drive, has rebooted see if the amber light comes back again. If the error comes back again then you most likely have a bad drive.
