Tl2000 Add Tape with DPM 2007

The directions show to Expand the library and expands slots and select the slot you want to add and then click Add Tape (I/E Port). I have the tape in the I/E Port and DPM will not Add it. If I goto a populated slot and select Remove Tape (I/E Port) it moves it to the I/E Port and I can remove it from the library. I don't get the Add Tape (I/E Port) unless I select the library and not a free slot, contrary to the instuctions and which I believe why it does not import as it does not know where to import. If I try to select an empty slot, the Add Tape (I/E Port) option is greyed out. What I end up doing is going to the library and manually importing and moving the tape to the proper slot from the console of the library and then copming back and doing a barcode scan inventory of the library.

The library is a Dell TL2000 with the TL24iSCSIxSAS 1Gb iSCSI to SAS adapter.
The Server is a Virtual Server with XEN Enterprise as the Hypervisor and Server 2008 as the OS.
