com.filepool.fplibrary.FPLibraryException: Error loading FPL

Hi,

We tried to setup local configuration using Centera_SDK-2.3.327 version with JDK 1.6 for our storage utilization and also setting all the environment variables configured correctly.Moreover when batch file triggered we have got the exception like (com.filepool.fplibrary.FPLibraryException: Error loading FPLibrary or one of its dependencies) and (ScheduleCTransferToCentera.LongTermStorageException: connect : : probable error type is unknown : Error loading FPLibrary or one of its dependencies (-10027)).

Anyone please confirm the FPLibraryexception why and from where  it comes and also is it necessary to install centera SDK-2.3.327 in our local or not.
