Dell Precision T5600 PCIe NVME Drive

hi guys I have the dell precision t5600

and when I installed a pcie nvme adapter I get no video any further ??

it does boot I hear the windows logon sound so its not that it don't boot its just no matter what slot I use I get no video at all
