You look to be spot on according to information on the safetemp blog site. The max operating temp is 88C. And you are under that enough to be safe. The idle should be around 30 lower and operating around 15 lower than 88.There are a number of alternative coolers available if the temps concern you.

I know what the problem is. I solved myself. I just added another 8cm fan on the other side of the cpu cooler and the temperature was normalizing. It's now between 35 and 40 degrees. The summer is, and you can not expect it to be even cooler.

I don't think the generic LGA2011 heat sinks will work out of the box.  The ILM Dell uses in the T3600, T5600, T7600 are ones without threaded posts for the heatsink on the corners of the ILM ("wide" ILM, the part numbers end in -2), instead there are large holes and the threads are below the ILM (the part numbers end in -4).

I wrote a page about how to do this (just posted on this board), see https://t3600fanblog.wordpress.com/.

Hi @uco73 ,

I replaced the original 5.25" drive cage with a dual-2.5" drive cage with fan on my T5600, and it do help in reducing heat a bit (around 5 degrees). You may refer to this article for detailed parts with official part numbers.
