Dell t7610 3 GPU
Hello Tech people,
I have Dell t7610 and it got two nvidia k4000 .( Currently installed ). I also have AMD radeon w7100
I want to know how I can combine this three GPU for better performance.
The power is 1300 watt PSU.
Any guidance will be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello gryscl,
Thanks for prompt reply.. Yes I have one cpu now , but planing to add another one .
Then as total I can add 4 gpu is that right?
My main concern is can i use AMD radeon w7100 8gb version * 2
Like two cpu
Two nvidia quadro k4000 ( 3gb each )
Two AMD radeon w7100 ( 8gb each )
My purpose of this config is purely GPU rendering ..
Don't know if it possible
Thanks

If your T7610 has one CPU it can use two GPU's. If it is a dual CPU model the two PCIe expansion slots are available allowing two additional GPU cards. The total PCIe wattage is 600w using all PCIe slots. It is not SLI capable.
I am uncertain if adding your third GPU will increase the performance.

Yes, it's possible to squeeze three or four graphics cards in the case but putting different manufacturers/models together sounds like trouble to me. The GPU drivers and heat dissipation could be a real issue. These T7610's have a bad habit of not cooling the second CPU enough during intense use so adding all that hardware might be a bit much. But I don't really know, hopefully someone else will chime in here.
Selling your current GPU's and buying a modern top of the line single GPU is an alternative.

Hi grysql,
Yes I also think that putting nvidia and amd both might cause problem . In that case only two AMD or TWO nvidia is good . Will see what can be done . Thanks for your suggestion !
Will look forward to other peoples comments here.
Thanks
