Upgrading a T7820 to Windows 11, Problem with TPM1.2 Need to Upgrade to 2.0
I want to upgrade my T7820 from Windows 10 to 11 but after running the healthcheck I have found there is a problem with the TPM. Its currently version 1.2 and needs to be 2.0. How do i go about installing version 2.0.

This Dell page tells you how to check if your system can upgrade to TPM 2.0 and, if it can, how to do it:

In addition to the link that @filbert has provided, and it is a great source of information, try this driver download page as it has the TPM 2.0 firmware update that you require.

* NOTE: For TPM 2.0, you must update the BIOS on these computers to the latest revision available first.

- You cannot downgrade the BIOS from version 2.x.y to version 1.x.y due to downgrade restrictions.
BIOS downgrades are restricted when there are security updates and important fixes with earlier versions that impact the functionality of the system.
- During the BIOS update, the system reboots automatically, a black screen is displayed, and the power button LED turns solid white.
- Do not turn off the system or interrupt the BIOS update process.
