Enable Bidirectional Support/Enable Biodirectional Support

Go to Start          (Windows 10 - Hit the Windows key and the x keys at the same time)

Control Panel

Devices and Printers

Right click on your printer, left click Printer Properties.

Click on ports

Make sure to check the box Enable Bidirectional Support. (Enable Biodirectional Support)
