1320c Fusor

I am having problems with my 1320 laser printer. I can print single copies okay, but when I print multiple copies the printer jams and says fusor is hot. I have tried to let it cool and cleaned everything but nothing seems to work. Do I need to replace this items? The printer is about 1 yr. old.
