1320c wrecked

Hi there

I hope someone can help.

I have a 4 month old Dell 1320c colour printer which has been wrecked because a sticky label managed to attach itself to one of the 'drums' in the Print Head Device and now I get terrible marking on the paper when I print.

According to the user manual I need a new Print Head Device but I can't source one anywhere. Can anyone help?

It would be worth contacting Dell sales first, to see if that sort of thing isn't covered under the warranty?

Other than that, your best option is to Google for (i.e.) 'Printer Spares', and see if any of the sites which come up have spares for your printer?

I found a few which offer spares for Dell printers, but I'm in the UK?

That's a good sign though, because if you're 'across the pond', there are likely to be a lot more places offering spare parts - including print heads for the Dell 1320c?
