1355CNW WIndows 7 SMB Settings

I know this has been done to death but having searched the forum and the internet nothing has cured my problems.

Just bought a Dell 1355CNW Printer/Scanner and I'm currently setting it up with my Windows 7 based Laptop, want the scanner to connect via SMB but having issues with the settings, when I attempt to scan it states scan login error.

There's no windows live sign in assistant installed so I'm baffled as to what the problem is.

Can anyone tell me their SMB settings (that work) so I can see that what I'm doing is correct as the Dell guide isn't the most clearest.
