1720 Laser Printer: can not find the printhead lens
In struction manual says it is in the top recesed area of the printer, you can see it when drumm is removed, but there is not anything there. There is a recesion in the metal surface, but there is not any lens there ?????
Anyone can help?

Any luck finding the printhead lens? I have exactly the same problem now, no training video about it, the owner's manual is useless. I am just trying to find it so I can clean it and eliminate it as a potential cause printing quality before I go out and by a new toner cartridge for $120.
