1815dn fault

Hi,

My 1815dn makes a loud noise when I switch it on and won't print, because paper gets jammed behind the toner.

It's less than a year old, but I can't find any warranty docs. Entering the service tag gives "There are no service contracts or warranties associated with this system".

1. Has anyone had a similar problem? What's the fix?

2. Is it in warranty? How do I get in-warranty support (I find Dell's support site hard to navigate).
