2335dn printer / scanner
our 2335dn just stopped accepting scan to email. when we get to the prompt to scan, it shows "1. scanning..." and "2.printing..." and then "scan failure".
Any way to re-set the unit to original default or to delete whatever is in the print queue? We have tried printing, faxing and scanning to USB and all work just fine
