3000cn - Disable Color Management
I would like to test allowing Photoshop to handle color management, instead of the printer. I've set Photoshop up, but I've looked through the printer's Help screens and it is not immediately obvious what I need to do in the printer settings to allow Photoshop to take control.

I think you might be out of luck here.
Open the printer properties and click the "Color Management" tab. The color profiles can be controlled here, but I've not seen any options to pass control to the "Application", i.e., Photoshop.
