5100cn - Custom Paper Size error using MPF
I have a 5100cn, and I am trying to feed a paper that is a custom size through the MPF. I have defined a custom size (changed Custom 1) to my desired settings (170mm x 230mm), and yet when I try to print, I get a "Check Paper Length in MPF 024-914" error and the printer stops.
If the MPF is set to Free Size & the paper type is Plain, why does the printer stop with this error? I've tried adjusting the custom size, but to no avail.

I've seen 3 other people ask this same question, but no reply from Dell rep. Perhaps someone will know...
