944 AIO Install on Window 7
I purchased a laptop with Windows 7 64-bit. I need to install my printer (AIO 944), but I can't get it to install. It says the driver is missing. Can someone please walk me through the complete setup to install my printer to my laptop? I am a beginner when it comes to computer lingo and installing peripherals, so please speak a language I can understand. Thanks so much for any help. I downloaded the driver for the printer yesterday, but it still won't let me use the printer. The only thing I could do was scan an image from my printer.

Please provide the virus program and firewall you're using.
Also run the Finding System Information Tool and post the information back here.
