948 All In One - paper jam message won't clear
I've had this problem before, but it resolved itself. We had a paper jam, cleared it, but the message will not clear. As a result the printer is non-functional. There is no way to open it up to get all the way inside. Anyone know how to clear the "paper jam" message?

Some printers have a back door to open and some don't. Not sure about your model.
Try unplugging the printer from the wall. Then unplug the power brick for 60 seconds. This will reset any error messages the printer is getting.
