966 all-in-one-printer

I need to know how to stop printer from printing a fax activity report every time I fax or receive a fax.  I went into the menu and changed the history and reports to manual but it still prints out a report after each fax either sent or received.  I try to stand by fax machine so I can cancel each time but if I send more than 1 page by scan it will not let me cancel report.
