A968w printer color is off
hello. We recently changed the ink cartridge in our 968w printer. We use it frequently. We noticed that its not printing color properly. The yellows and oranges and reds are more green and brown. The ink levels are high. Do we have a bum cartridge? It's a dell cartridge too...Also, I did a "cleaning" and alignment and its still the same.

Sounds like the cartridge might have dried up some. I would get a new cartridge.
Dell Series 7 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges.
Dell Series 7 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.
