AIO 948

Have had my AIO for a few years now.  2 weeks ago I put a picture in to scan and all of a sudden it wants a pin number?!?!?!??!?!?!?  How do I fix this??????  It will copy, print and fax it just won't scan!!

Open the Dell All-In-One Center. Click on scanning and copying. There it will tell you the pin number. If you want to remove this, then click on Change your network settings and uncheck the box. Then click ok and close the Dell All-In-One Center.

 

If scanning photos, I recommend that you change the default scan settings to 600dpi for the best results.

 

 

Scanning

 

Scanning using USB connection, open the Dell All-In-One Center, click on scanning and copying and scan from there.

 

Scanning wirelessly, use the scan buttons on the printer.
