Accessing toner levels on Dell 1320C connected to a NAS

Hi all,

I have a 1320C connected via USB to a Synology DS409 NAS. The printer is accessed via XP, W7 and W8.1 PCs and prints fine.

However I can't seem to get the management software on any of the PCs to display the toner levels. There doesn't seem to be anything under DSM on the Synology that displays them either.

Currently I have no way of determining whether the cartridges are going to empty on me!

Any suggestions?
