C1765nfw missing Tool Box in Win 10

1) Having problems with black printing on my C1765nfw, printing feint even with new cartridge!

2) Also with colour, some areas, especially of magenta seem to be transferring across the page.

3) Can't access Tool Box in Win 10, where is it. Tried to download a new driver which didn't seem to be available, then deleted printer and Windows re-installed, still no obvious toolbox.
